I’m so glad I changed to Spring Smiles! This is a great place! The staff is all friendly and helpful. My dental hygienist was awesome! She did a great job explaining all the procedures and put me at ease through the whole process! The examination was thorough and informative. DR. DUNCAN has a calm way about him. He clearly explained everything and answered all my questions in a kind and respectful manner. This may have been my best experience going to the dentist yet.

Dr. Duncan is wonderful and every one of staff members also. I was nervous, slightly gentle, painful measurement. lol. I would highly recommend As it was a very pleasant experience with everyone putting me at ease and doing a fabulous job

Dr Duncan is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. Meg was also super knowledgeable and nice to chat with! Everyone in the office was very helpful and friendly. And the best part is they look at your whole health, and customize a treatment plan that is best for you and your overall wellbeing. I can’t wait to get started on my healing journey!

My daughter had an amazing experience at her most recent visit. She had her first cavity and she was all nerves, but Rebecca was able to explain her procedure before she even went back and was so helpful from beginning to end. Dr Matthews took the best care of her! Literally so patient and kind and caring! I can’t say enough good things about this team!

Easily the best dental experience Ive ever hand. The hygienist Gaea is a delight. She's attentive to details, has a wealth of knowledge and easy to talk to! Dr Duncan was straight forward and a good listener with helpful insights and recommendations. I look forward to introducing my family to the practice! I also am so pleased that there is an in-house myofunctional therapist to refer to.

I had my first appointment of 3 today. Cracked, deep mercury amalgam filling gone! And an old crown with cavity and large piece of metal underneath gone! I’m exhausted but very happy 😊 Thank you Dr Duncan & Pascha for taking good care of me & a great job done!!! Update: Had my second appointment of 3. Two more mercury amalgams taken out. And another crown with metal underneath taken out and outside of tooth and tooth next to it had decay that he was able to clean up. All 3 had decay underneath. Thank you Dr Duncan and June & the traveling assistant for a great job and taking care of me!!!

I recently switched dentists to Spring Smiles — what a lovely practice! Dominique was my hygienist and was SOOOO thoughtful and gentle, taking time to explain everything she was doing — I can’t even tell you how much this calmed my anxiety. The space is immaculately clean and sanitized between patients. My inner nerd was very impressed by how high tech everything was — I’ve never had a 3D map of my teeth that not only lets you view your teeth but your pressure pattern. Dr. Duncan was also very kind and thorough. I would wholeheartedly recommend this practice. Everyone is so genuinely nice and happy.

I had a great first experience with this holistic dental office. The team was friendly, the atmosphere was calm and welcoming, and they took the time to answer my questions thoughtfully. The entire staff is welcoming, knowledgeable, professional, and willing to educate! I’ve had many negative experiences at other dental offices, so at 51 years old, I speak from experience. I have never missed a 6-month check up. Spring Smiles believes in what is truly healthy for your personal dental care and therefore your overall health!

From the office staff to the dentist, everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Gaea is AMAZING. She has a kind mannerism, and does exceptional work at cleaning the teeth. Dr Duncan is very thorough, competent, and kind. I have dental anxiety pretty bad from past dentists, but Spring Smiles demonstrated there are dentists and staff that care about you and your feelings. I wholeheartedly recommend Spring Smiles in Holly Springs. PS added bonus for the crunchy folks out there. Dr Duncan is a holistic dentist!!
